I'm Eddie Suero, a certified ontological life coach and transformational trainer with several years of experience teaching yoga and meditation. My wife, Carolina Suero, is a board certified hypnotherapist.
Together, we created BeGrounded to support people in living more grounded, present, and powerful lives.
We've seen firsthand how transformation happens, not through force or willpower, but through practices that shift how you observe yourself, your mind, and your life.
